Monitors distressed situations and large Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 bankruptcy cases, reports developments, analyzes legal and industry trends, and collaborates with financial analysts and reporters. The role also engages subscribers, participates in webinars and conferences, and owns coverage of assigned cases. Candidates need a JD, strong bankruptcy law experience, and at least four years working on large corporate restructurings.

Analyze leveraged loan credit agreements to identify covenant issues, summarize complex documentation, answer market participant questions, produce data-backed covenant analysis, engage clients and represent Octus at industry events.
