Provides legal counsel to Capital One’s Commercial Real Estate and Multifamily Agency Finance businesses. Advises on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD lending requirements, securitization sub-servicing documentation, regulatory compliance, negotiations, outside counsel, industry developments, training, and process improvements. Partners with business, risk, compliance, operations, and other legal teams while serving as a strategic subject matter expert.

Provides strategic legal counsel to cybersecurity and enterprise data teams, advising on incident response, technical risk, data use, privacy, emerging technology, and governance. Collaborates with compliance, risk, technical, and legal stakeholders to manage regulatory and reputational risks.
