Provides tax advisory and structuring support for infrastructure investments across the Americas. Responsibilities include tax due diligence, investment and holding-structure design, transaction-document review, tax-risk oversight, cross-border coordination, legislative monitoring, and development of tax governance and operational processes. The role partners with deal teams, legal, finance, operations, external advisors, sponsors, counterparties, and investors to support transactions and manage tax matters throughout the investment lifecycle.
