Provide advanced litigation and legal operations support including e-discovery, legal holds, document management, subpoena and investigation responses, case preparation, matter tracking, vendor and spend management, and drafting routine agreements and litigation materials while partnering with attorneys, outside counsel, IT, and business stakeholders.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to three Legal VPs: manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, invoices, vendor setup, document preparation and review, vendor due diligence, expense reconciliation, and cross-functional communication while maintaining confidentiality and departmental systems.

Provide operational, financial, and administrative support to the Legal Department, focusing on invoice processing, legal spend tracking, accruals, budget-to-actual reporting, and finance partnership. Manage matter and vendor data, settlement tracking, records retention, compliance calendars, CLM knowledge repositories, and support litigation, e-discovery, and bankruptcy processes. Prepare spend reporting, dashboards, and presentations for Legal and Finance leadership.

Provide commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation across suppliers, technology, marketing, wholesale and services; advise business partners on risks and legal trends; manage contract templates, policies and contract management system; generate reports and incorporate company AI tools; support vendor optimization and process improvements in a fast-paced, hybrid NYC environment.
