Provide advanced litigation and legal operations support including e-discovery, legal holds, document management, subpoena and investigation responses, case preparation, matter tracking, vendor and spend management, and drafting routine agreements and litigation materials while partnering with attorneys, outside counsel, IT, and business stakeholders.

Provide commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation across suppliers, technology, marketing, wholesale and services; advise business partners on risks and legal trends; manage contract templates, policies and contract management system; generate reports and incorporate company AI tools; support vendor optimization and process improvements in a fast-paced, hybrid NYC environment.
