Manage the full contract lifecycle for videogame and entertainment transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, redlining, summarizing, and executing agreements. Serve as a bridge between business teams, procurement, stakeholders, and Legal. Maintain contract templates, playbooks, clause libraries, databases, and contract management systems; support technology implementation and AI tool adoption. Provide administrative and paralegal support, advise internal clients, analyze third-party rights, and manage complex agreements under changing priorities.

Provide business affairs legal support for entertainment and technology matters: draft, negotiate, and track commercial agreements across music, talent, technology, marketing and distribution; advise internal stakeholders on IP, copyright, corporate and contractual issues; assess legal risks; and support publishing labels in a fast-paced, in-person New York office environment.
