Provide hands-on legal counsel for content acquisition and business development: negotiate and draft content license agreements, platform deals, production agreements, MSAs/SOWs, and IOs; handle releases, clearances, IP/takedown and technology/SaaS issues; build legal playbooks and templates; partner closely with senior business leaders to close deals and support product growth.
