Lead Apollo's litigation and disputes function end-to-end: manage active litigation, pre-litigation, regulatory inquiries, and arbitrations; oversee outside counsel and discovery (including e-discovery vendors); build litigation infrastructure and retention protocols; advise cross-functional stakeholders on litigation and privacy risk; identify systemic exposure and report to leadership.

The Commercial Counsel will manage commercial agreements, support the Sales team, draft contracts, and improve legal processes, all while collaborating with various teams.
