Provide legal advice and documentation support for structured products and securitization transactions, negotiate complex transaction documents, manage outside counsel, advise business clients and risk partners, assist with examinations, bankruptcy and litigation, and mentor junior attorneys while ensuring compliance with Legal Department policies.
