Meet with physicians and clinic staff five days per week, drive monthly performance targets, track activity and pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes. The role is designed for an early-career sales professional comfortable working independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Own strategy, business development, and revenue-generating relationships with 5–10 leading health plans. Design and negotiate innovative agreements, including value-based care models, expand access and rates, build executive payer networks, and represent Nourish with VP and C-suite stakeholders. Translate payer insights into product, clinical, growth, and operational strategies while coordinating cross-functionally in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

The Payer Partnerships Director will lead partnership strategy and business development with health plans, design value-based deals, and foster relationships with executive stakeholders, while also influencing product and growth strategies by incorporating payer feedback.
