Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, driving global sales operations, cross-functional alignment (Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships), managing QBRs and account planning, owning enterprise tech programs, enabling product feedback processes, and supporting talent planning and critical Sales and Customer Success initiatives.

Manage full sales cycle for mid-enterprise clients: prospecting, pipeline development, presenting Yext platform to senior executives, closing complex deals, forecasting, collaborating with Sales Engineers and Professional Services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving new business and expansions.
