Own the full sales cycle for SMB customers, including relationship building, solution positioning, negotiation, contracting, upselling, and cross-selling. Translate monday.com’s platform capabilities into customer ROI, coordinate cross-functional support, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and resolve commercial issues. The role requires consultative selling, quota ownership, strong communication, negotiation, time management, and a track record of sales success. This is a hybrid position requiring three days weekly in the New York City office.

Support sales by demonstrating monday.com value, mapping customer business processes to the platform, leading technical aspects of complex deals, creating pre-configured solutions, answering security/technical questions, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to streamline processes.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts through retention, expansion, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, executive relationship management, and commercial negotiations. Develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, support adoption and value realization with Customer Success, resolve commercial issues, and advise customers on organizational change and platform adoption.
