Serve as a trusted technical pre-sales advisor to financial services customers, leading technical discovery, demos, POCs/POVs, solution design, and workshops. Manage end-to-end renewals for a defined SaaS customer portfolio: drive renewal strategy, negotiate contracts and pricing, forecast renewals, reduce churn, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure smooth, on-time renewals.

Drive technical pre-sales for GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform in the US East region. Lead technical discovery, design solutions, run proofs of value, facilitate workshops, and develop account-level adoption strategies.
