Lead the Deal Desk to design and govern PMP/curated marketplace deal packaging, pricing, and execution. Build standardized processes, rate cards, approval frameworks, and centralized intake. Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Trading, Product, Finance, Ops) to maximize revenue, margin, and scale. Recruit and develop a high-performing team and establish KPIs, SLAs, and enablement for client-facing teams.
