Lead Notion’s AMER Sales Development organization by recruiting, coaching, and developing inbound SDRs and outbound BDRs. Build sales development strategy, processes, playbooks, and pipeline programs in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Drive team and individual targets, improve prospecting and qualification execution, develop early-career sellers, and provide feedback on lead quality and process improvements.

Build and scale Notion’s global demo engineering function by creating reusable technical demos, customer solution narratives, demo environments, automation, versioning processes, and enablement resources. Partner with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product Marketing, Enablement, and GTM Systems. Coach customer-facing teams, support strategic opportunities, and turn successful experiments and customer solutions into scalable go-to-market assets.

Own the full customer lifecycle for a book of mid-market accounts: discover and design workflows live, demo and co-build in Notion, manage commercial sizing and procurement/legal/security reviews, drive early implementation and adoption planning, and partner with Outcomes Architects for onboarding, expansion, and renewals.

Run demos, troubleshoot live, partner with BDRs and Outcomes Architects, and ensure purchased credits translate to adoption and usage.

The Outbound Business Development Representative will engage in outbound sales, qualify prospects, work with sales teams, and help shape sales strategy while building relationships with potential clients.
