Lead Vetcove’s Clinic Purchasing Platform and a ~15-person customer-facing organization via two managers. Own enterprise partner performance, retention, and cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Drive commercial strategy, account reviews, operational improvements, and executive-facing materials; travel up to 25% for strategic customer engagements.

Lead and grow relationships with corporate veterinary hospital consolidators. Serve as primary strategic contact, drive account strategy and growth, collect product feedback, conduct business reviews and on-site meetings, and inform product and company strategy to support partner success.
