Supports the group benefits sales organization through training, customer meeting participation, technology exposure, assigned sales duties, and a capstone project. The intern develops business acumen, interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and leadership skills while gaining experience in a business-to-business insurance sales environment. Successful participants may interview for a sales trainee position after completing the program.

Completes a nine-month sales training program focused on employee benefits, professional selling, and product knowledge. Supports sales offices through broker and customer meetings, cold calls, enrollment meetings, benefit fairs, post-sale service, and territory assistance. Develops communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and product expertise while working with a sales mentor. May use approved AI tools for routine tasks and must obtain insurance licenses.
