The role involves developing insights and solutions to enhance productivity for sales teams, driving AI strategies, optimizing processes, and providing operational support while collaborating across teams.

Support health-insurance sales by building reports, forecasts, automations, and AI prototypes to improve pipeline health, rep productivity, and territory/quota planning. Partner cross-functionally to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot CRM issues, administer account and territory assignments, and drive process improvements and adoption.

Own and scale Gusto's VC and PE partnership strategy, building programmatic, high-leverage ecosystem motions. Lead partner portfolio decisions, design repeatable programs with Marketing/Events/Sales, track ARR and pipeline impact, and represent Gusto externally to drive founder and investor engagement.
