Lead end-to-end execution of natural capital projects (primarily Latin America), coordinating field operations, stakeholders, budgets, MRV, compliance, and systems improvements while ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery and strong bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

Lead delivery of Cultivo's largest multi-stakeholder natural capital programs, managing cross-functional workstreams (technology, MRV, operations, finance), stakeholder relationships, budgets, risks, and scalable program management practices while supporting partner onboarding and field execution.
