Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions in an iterative methodology. Drive high-level strategic discussions, stay on top of emerging trends, and build compelling technologies. Execute high-priority initiatives and influence organizational strategy and technology expansion. Mentor and guide engineers, define roadmap and architecture, and continuously improve software engineering practices.

Facilitate digital learning and training programs for adult learners, collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs, research and implement innovative practices, iterate on digital content in an agile environment, leverage assessment results for effective learning transfer.
