The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will drive business growth by selling the Smartly product to enterprise organizations, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure success in the customer lifecycle.

Lead and grow Smartly's North American agency partnerships by developing regional growth strategies, building executive relationships, driving platform adoption and revenue expansion, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing and coaching a high-performing partnerships team.

Lead a North America agency partnership pod as a player-coach with individual and team revenue targets. Own strategic agency relationships, drive pipeline and complex deals, forecast and inspect pipeline, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Coach Agency Development Partners, enforce commercial rigor, and scale agency-led revenue through negotiation, account planning, and partnership influence.

Lead commercial activation and enablement programs for go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and revenue motions. Build playbooks, launch plans, manager toolkits, and adoption programs; align cross-functional stakeholders; create executive updates and measurable success metrics; leverage CRM, enablement platforms, AI tools, and commercial insights to scale adoption and drive revenue outcomes.

Qualify and convert inbound enterprise leads across North America, partnering with Account Executives to drive pipeline. Maintain Salesforce data hygiene, analyze lead flow, run experiments using data and AI, craft persuasive outreach, and provide feedback to Marketing to improve campaign quality. Consistently meet monthly demo booking and conversion targets and ensure SLA-driven lead routing.
