Manage office operations, design workflows, coordinate executive schedules and large events, produce KPI and budget reports, lead administrative projects, manage vendors and facilities, handle complex domestic and international travel and expense reconciliation, support HR onboarding, and manage internal communications.

Act as primary contact for partners, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, coordinate internal teams to meet partner needs, and report partner satisfaction and process gaps to leadership to maintain long-term relationships.

Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts as a trusted advisor: gather customer feedback for Product, lead renewals, identify expansion opportunities, run Quarterly Business Reviews, and measure/report Turquoise's business impact on clients.

Provide empathetic, high-quality support via email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot technical and account issues, document interactions in CRM (Zendesk/Salesforce), and escalate complex problems to internal teams.
