Support execution of investor relations and public relations projects by managing timelines, trackers, meetings, vendors, and deliverables. Leads strategic business development across major life sciences accounts, driving revenue growth through consultative, account-based selling. Builds executive client relationships, identifies opportunities, manages sales cycles, negotiates pricing, coordinates cross-functional teams, and transitions work to service lines. Develops business plans, monitors competitive trends, supports marketing activities, mentors team members, and matrix-manages stakeholders. Travel is required up to 50%.

Lead Access Experience Team client strategy and execution for payer-facing projects. Provide payer expertise, support cross-functional teams, develop training/materials, conduct market research, run workshops/simulations, and assist business development and budget planning. Travel up to 50%.

Lead Marketing Operations to manage workflows, resource planning, project portfolio governance, vendor coordination, and process optimization. Oversee lifecycle of complex marketing projects, maintain dashboards and reporting, run prioritization and intake, and support event deliverables. Manage and mentor a team, drive cross-functional collaboration, change management, and continuous improvement to ensure scalable, efficient execution aligned with business objectives.
