Lead a multi-year finance transformation partnering with the CFO to redesign operating models, stand up transformation management, drive AI and analytics adoption, coordinate cross-functional execution, define value metrics, deliver early wins, and communicate progress to executive and board stakeholders.

Support senior analyst with company and industry research, build financial models and valuation analyses, write reports and investment recommendations, engage with management and institutional investors, and attend company visits and industry conferences. Market team research to sales and investors as expertise grows.

Provide legal support to investment banking and capital markets: draft, review and negotiate engagement letters, NDAs and transaction documents; advise on securities and M&A matters; monitor regulatory changes; participate in firm committees; manage outside counsel and assist with ancillary litigation and special projects.
