Support the real estate group across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee experience, performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation, leave accommodations, and offboarding. Develop HR policies and processes, advise managers and employees on sensitive workplace issues, maintain communication with distributed teams, and support strategic people initiatives. The role requires multi-state HR experience, HRIS proficiency, strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
