Own Ramp’s financial-crimes compliance controls-effectiveness framework across manual procedures, detection rules, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Establish testing, documentation, evidence retention, monitoring, issue remediation, and governance standards. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to embed BSA/AML and sanctions requirements into technology initiatives. Evaluate emerging risks, control gaps, AI outputs, and remediation efforts while supporting audits, regulators, bank partners, and heightened compliance reviews.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (customer, SaaS, data processing, vendor, partnership). Identify legal risks, create playbooks and templates, streamline contract workflows using AI and automation, and train stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally to enable fast, scalable deal execution while managing legal risk.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop self-serve tooling for marketing teams, focusing on AI-augmented workflows and internal platforms, ensuring high velocity and quality in project execution.
