Lead full-cycle recruiting for Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design. Partner with design leadership to define needs, source and engage passive talent, build community relationships, run events and referrals, and improve recruiting processes and tools (including AI) to raise design hiring quality at Ramp.

As a Senior Detection Engineer, you will enhance security detection and response across federal environments, assist with incidents, and improve alerting capabilities.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will develop and manage full-stack AI projects, build AI infrastructure, and enhance engineering processes to scale solutions at Ramp.

Own the data and execution layer for GTM AI: build agentic tooling and workflows, define data contracts and pipelines, own scoring/routing systems, drive data acquisitions, instrument impact with feedback loops and dashboards, and serve multiple GTM motions.

Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered tax products. Build tax automation across Ramp products, expand Stack into CPA workflows, collaborate with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional teams, and ensure reliability, explainability, and compliance for domestic and international tax calculation, reporting, and filing.

Own Ramp's immigration and global mobility function: manage visa cases (US/UK/Canada), lead international relocations, build compliance and onboarding playbooks, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and scale policies and vendor relationships as Ramp expands into new countries.

Post-sales technical consultant partnering with Account Management to expand enterprise customers. Design scalable integration architectures, troubleshoot ERP and API integrations (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion), run customized product demos, assess ROI and fit, influence product roadmap, and build internal documentation to scale integration support.

Design and build end-to-end high-craft product experiences; prototype in React and TypeScript, validate with customers, extend design systems, surface AI behavior clearly, and champion performance and accessibility. Use LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code in AI-first workflows and document reusable prompts and patterns.

Partner with Account Management to expand Ramp usage across mid-market customers by running customized demos, scoping integrations, designing scalable ERP/API architectures, troubleshooting ERP blockers (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion), and translating technical solutions into business value. Influence product roadmap, document integration patterns, and accelerate time-to-value for product rollouts.

Partner with Account Managers to expand and retain commercial and mid-market customers by leading technical product demos, scoping integration and ERP requirements, designing scalable integration architectures, troubleshooting ERP/integration blockers (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion), and translating technical solutions into business value. Influence product roadmap and create documentation to scale post-sales integration support.
