Leads Ramp’s SMB Sales Development Representative team, owning outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, quota performance, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development. Builds team strategy, playbooks, operating rhythms, and training programs while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership. Uses performance data, AI tools, and automation to improve prospecting efficiency, team output, forecasting, and process quality.

Support the configuration, testing, rollout, maintenance, and production support of Workday modules during an active implementation. Conduct data validation and audits, troubleshoot system issues, support releases and enhancements, document HRIS processes, train users, and partner cross-functionally on requirements, testing, cutover readiness, and AI transformation initiatives.
