Ramp is seeking a Senior Recruiter focused on full-cycle hiring for Sales and GTM functions, utilizing AI and research to identify and close top talent, ensuring a high candidate experience and strategic partnership with leadership.

Lead and operate Ramp's Deal Desk: manage a small team, structure and approve complex commercial deals, partner with Sales/Finance/Legal/Product/Billing, own Salesforce/CPQ and quote-to-cash processes, design pricing guardrails and approval frameworks, drive automation and data-informed improvements, and build scalable playbooks and enablement.

Support and execute capital markets transactions, model funding strategies, manage warehouse and ABS facilities, maintain capital markets models and data tapes, evaluate economic outcomes of products and partnerships, and identify automation opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, data, engineering, finance, product, treasury, and risk to optimize funding and partner relationships.

Lead zero-to-one product marketing for new fintech products: shape strategy, define ICP and positioning, design GTM and launch, drive commercialization, work closely with Product/Engineering, build customer learning systems and business scorecards, and apply AI to accelerate research and execution.

Lead vertical go-to-market strategy for Construction/A&E and Nonprofit/Public Sector: set portfolio priorities, own vertical KPIs, influence product roadmap, build industry narratives, lead cross-functional GTM, enable sales, run operating cadence, and create a repeatable verticalization playbook.

Own and scale product operations for customer onboarding and setup, identify cross-team onboarding friction, translate customer signals into prioritized product and operational fixes, build scalable operating cadences, use data and AI tools to measure impact, and partner with Product, Engineering, CX, Sales, CSM, and Data to reduce support tickets and speed time-to-first-spend.

Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and GTM integrations. Own architecture, data integrity, CI/CD, and integration patterns using Apex, LWC, iPaaS, Python/Node.js, and GTM tools. Collaborate on code reviews, on-call support, and technical specifications to scale systems.
