Leads and scales a team of Technical Architects serving enterprise customers. Oversees customer onboarding, success, retention, expansion, technical escalations, implementation standards, and customer health metrics. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to improve adoption, prioritize customer-driven enhancements, and develop go-to-market strategies. Partner-focused sales role owning Snowflake partnership day-to-day: source partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell with Snowflake AEs, run joint meetings and events, enable partners, attend in-person Snowflake events (2-3 heavy travel months/year), and maintain frequent partner cadences to accelerate deals and expansion.
