Qualify leads, engage decision-makers, book meetings for Account Executives, and manage the outbound sales pipeline toward company goals. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, quota orientation, and comfort with performance metrics in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Advise housing clients on technology and vendor ecosystems, recommend future-state integrations, and drive implementations through go-live. Coordinate clients, technology partners, and internal teams while managing multiple engagements independently. Help build scalable playbooks, processes, templates, and vendor knowledge systems to improve delivery quality and speed.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for EliseAI’s AI housing products. Own positioning, messaging, product launches, market research, competitive analysis, product communications, collateral, sales enablement, and adoption initiatives. Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, customer success, and demand generation teams to align strategy and accelerate market penetration and growth.

Own EliseAI’s customer-facing help center, internal knowledge hub, and knowledge-management strategy. Develop roadmaps, improve content accuracy and findability, establish quality and adoption standards, and create scalable workflows for capturing expertise from cross-functional teams. Use AI tools to prototype prompts and workflows, while partnering with Product, Engineering, Support, Solutions, and Implementation to maintain reliable, accessible knowledge systems.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for EliseAI’s emerging AI platforms, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiations, closing, and expansion. Build executive relationships, develop strategic design partnerships, navigate complex stakeholder evaluations, and shape positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy. Partner with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Deployment teams to translate customer feedback into product direction and scalable sales processes.

Leads EliseAI’s enterprise healthcare sales segment, managing and mentoring enterprise account executives while driving new business and expansions. Partners with AEs on complex sales cycles, including prospecting, demos, negotiations, procurement, and executive engagement. Hires, trains, and performance-manages the team; conducts pipeline and business reviews; develops scalable sales processes with Sales Operations and Marketing; delivers forecasting and metrics; and represents the company at healthcare conferences and client visits.
