Lead Oklo's investor communications and earnings execution as the primary investor-facing operator. Own quarterly earnings processes, investor messaging, disclosure governance, digital IR presence, dashboards, and market monitoring. Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, and senior leadership, support investor meetings/roadshows, and proactively manage investor inquiries and narrative gaps.

Lead cross-functional improvements to engineering and product effectiveness by diagnosing process and tooling friction, designing lightweight operating systems, building visibility dashboards, coordinating forums, and partnering with senior leaders and People/Business Ops to implement scalable workflows and onboarding for technical teams.

The Senior Counsel will support project development, focusing on legal needs associated with construction projects, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements. The role requires managing multiple legal matters and enhancing legal practices within a fast-paced team environment.
