Negotiate legal documentation, arrange deal-level debt and tax structuring, ensure investor onboarding and compliance (AML/KYC), coordinate closings with legal/operations/finance, sponsor process improvements, train teams, and supervise junior staff to ensure timely, accurate deal execution.
