Owns end-to-end People Operations for approximately 40 employees across the US and Canada. Responsibilities include payroll, contracts, onboarding, benefits, immigration, employee data in HiBob, leave administration, employment relations execution, vendor management, compliance, employee support, process improvement, and New York office operations. The role partners with global People teams while providing local employment expertise and operational leadership without managing a team.
