Own enterprise accounts in AMER: qualify and guide customers through migration to Vercel, manage onboarding, and drive post-sale adoption. Close large (6-7 figure) Enterprise SaaS deals, sell to technical buyers, work outbound, and collaborate with legal, procurement, and security teams.

Detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents; maintain logging and SIEM operations; build detections and visibility; support PCI/SOC2/ISO audits; manage endpoint, email, and GitHub security; collaborate across teams and improve on-call and security tooling.

Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, in-app, paid) to drive activation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build and maintain automation workflows and integrations across core IT systems, consolidate SaaS tools, improve vendor management and documentation, reduce tech debt, and partner with Security, Compliance, and People Ops to shift IT from reactive support to proactive strategic operations.

Lead Growth Design for the self-serve journey (signup, onboarding, activation, monetization, retention) for people and agents. Identify opportunities via research and data, prototype and ship experiments using modern AI and design tools, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data, measure results, and convert successful experiments into durable product improvements and reusable patterns.

Own end-to-end presentation design and systems, creating high-impact decks and templates across Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma. Translate complex technical ideas into clear visual narratives, partner with executives and cross-functional teams, build scalable templates and governance, and prototype tooling/automation with Design Engineering to streamline presentation workflows for high-visibility events and everyday use.

Manage and maintain compliance with security and privacy frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS). Coordinate audits, drive remediation, improve controls and evidence management, support security questionnaires for deal cycles, and design compliance training while partnering across teams to integrate controls into the SDLC.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud security controls for Vercel's platform. Harden infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code and policy enforcement, secure CI/CD pipelines, perform threat modeling and risk analysis, improve monitoring and incident response, and build platform-level security tooling in collaboration with platform and infrastructure teams.

Own and define IAM strategy for corporate and production environments. Migrate Okta to Terraform, design least-privilege access, automate provisioning/deprovisioning and access reviews, build/manage MDM/MAM tooling, partner with platform and engineering teams, and serve as the IAM subject matter expert across Security, IT, and Engineering.
