The role focuses on B2B business development for commercial design-build and workplace projects, with an expectation to work in the New York studio four days per week.

The Managing Director will lead the New York studio, focusing on team development, strategic planning, client relationships, and operational excellence while driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end commercial workplace design projects, manage senior client relationships, drive pitches and RFPs, mentor design teams, champion studio best practices and sustainability, manage design risks and collaborate across sales, preconstruction, and delivery to deliver technically excellent, innovative workplace solutions.
