Responsibilities include performance tuning, capacity planning, high availability and disaster recovery, security and compliance, backup and recovery, migration support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation using T-SQL and PowerShell. The role also manages MongoDB Atlas clusters, database replication, indexing, query optimization, and operational improvements.

Partners with Finance, Capital Markets, Accounting, and Legal teams to provide insights, identify risks and opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and inform leadership decisions. Uses Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools to maintain models, analyze financial results, and manage data workflows.

Lead Salesforce platform administration, manage Conga and DocuSign document/signature workflows, configure declarative automation (Flows, approval processes), support enterprise production incidents, govern templates/versioning, coordinate releases, and train/support end users across business units.
