Advise product, research, and engineering teams on global privacy and data protection. Negotiate DPAs, BAAs, data-sharing agreements, and cross-border terms; lead privacy strategy, regulatory engagement, M&A diligence, and scalable compliance programs. Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end experience for Anthropic’s identity, verification, account, and access-management primitives. Partner with engineering, safeguards, legal, product, and go-to-market teams to define APIs, support internal and external users, coordinate conflicting requirements, and deliver a scalable zero-to-one product across Claude surfaces.

Lead the strategy, architecture, development, operation, and scaling of Anthropic’s exabyte-scale, multi-cloud storage infrastructure. Design secure, reliable, cost-efficient storage systems; guide migrations; collaborate with cloud, networking, datacenter, research, and business teams; make architectural tradeoffs; improve observability, capacity planning, incident response, and on-call operations; and remain hands-on in critical production code.

Build and scale Anthropic’s partner enablement programs, including train-the-trainer initiatives, partner sales plays, global webinars, and internal field enablement. Establish operating models, content calendars, production standards, and global delivery processes. Coordinate Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Programs, and training teams; lead contractors and vendors; and measure field readiness and pipeline impact.

Own the cross-functional program for delivering Claude models and applications into public sector environments. Coordinate research, infrastructure, security, compliance, cloud partners, and product engineering across government segments. Drive FedRAMP and related authorization programs, sequence dependencies, manage risks and escalations, represent public sector requirements in launch planning, and establish repeatable processes for compliant deployments.

Manage strategic relationships with enterprise technology customers, driving Claude adoption, usage optimization, change management, and measurable business outcomes. Advise executives and technical stakeholders on AI capabilities, develop account success plans, monitor usage, identify expansion opportunities, deliver enablement programs, and communicate product roadmaps. Customer insights will inform Anthropic’s product development, research priorities, and go-to-market strategy.

Own full-cycle recruiting across General and Administrative functions, managing high-volume and strategic searches for multiple hiring managers. Use data, systems, AI, and automation to prioritize requisitions, maintain healthy pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and scale repeatable processes. Advise stakeholders on candidate profiles, compensation benchmarks, market conditions, and assessment criteria while protecting candidate experience and cultural alignment.
