Lead identification, pursuit, negotiation, and compliance of federal, state, and local tax and non-tax incentives for infrastructure investments. Manage incentive portfolios, prepare applications and agreements, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain post-award compliance, monitor policy developments, and build relationships with government and utility partners.

Manage and lead the Data Science team, driving analysis and insights to inform company strategy and product development through statistical modeling and machine learning.

Manage Anthropic's privacy program by implementing privacy controls, improving review processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations while coordinating cross-functional teams.
