Design and build Anthropic’s scalable search platform from scratch. Develop search systems, indexing mechanisms, and retrieval and ranking algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency. The role requires experience building complex distributed systems in production, strong search fundamentals, coding proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages, and hands-on experience with high-volume data processing architectures.

Own GTM strategy and integrated growth motion for Claude for Knowledge Work. Define segment plans, messaging, flagship content, acquisition and activation campaigns, and lifecycle programs. Build AI-native PMM systems using Claude to keep foundations current. Partner with GTM, Marketing, and Partners and support pricing, analyst relations, and customer-facing engagements.

Own enterprise customer activation from contract signature through production deployment across Claude products. Configure identity integrations, provisioning, connectors, policies, and governance while advising CISOs and CTOs. Design scalable onboarding playbooks, enablement programs, change-management strategies, and Train-the-Trainer initiatives. Track activation, time-to-value, satisfaction, and efficiency metrics, and communicate deployment insights to Product, Support, and Security teams. The role requires hands-on enterprise identity integration, SaaS governance, nonprofit experience, AI fluency, and the ability to manage multiple deployments.
