Leads Anthropic’s Customer Success organization for regulated financial services, healthcare, and life sciences customers. Owns US GAAP policies, advises on novel revenue, infrastructure, financing, equity, M&A, and investment transactions, and develops rigorous technical memoranda. Partners with auditors, SEC stakeholders, Legal, Tax, FP&A, and deal teams; leads standards adoption, public-company-grade reporting, SOX-ready controls, Audit Committee reporting, and team development.

Conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research for Anthropic’s developer platform. Define research priorities with platform leaders, study developers and enterprise users, communicate findings to product, design, and engineering teams, and influence strategic product decisions. Build AI-enabled research tools and methods, using Claude extensively to accelerate analysis and maintain rigor. The role requires technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, developer tools, and engineering-led products.

Build and govern Anthropic’s quote-to-cash data foundation. Design canonical models from Salesforce, CPQ, and billing data; establish data integrity standards and SLAs; collaborate with systems engineers on schema changes and ingestion; and create data products, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools for GTM and Finance teams. The role also owns data architecture, translates stakeholder needs into technical requirements, and influences roadmaps.

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce quote-to-cash infrastructure using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and CPQ. Build product, pricing, quoting, ordering, approval, contract, billing, and provisioning workflows; integrate Salesforce with finance and billing platforms; support product launches; and manage testing, documentation, source control, and deployments.
