Manage strategic life sciences accounts and drive adoption of Anthropic’s AI products across research organizations. Build trusted partnerships, guide technical and governance implementations, develop change-management and enablement programs, and identify expansion opportunities. Leads Anthropic’s enterprise financial services sales organization, defining go-to-market coverage, recruiting and coaching account executives, managing revenue targets and forecasting, and closing complex AI platform deals with major financial institutions. The role builds repeatable vertical sales motions, engages C-suite and technical buyers, navigates procurement and governance processes, and partners with product, solutions architecture, marketing, legal, customer success, and cloud partners to drive production adoption and expansion.

Leads Anthropic’s largest enterprise pursuits from strategy through close, owning C-suite relationships, complex deal orchestration, solution design, negotiations, and cross-functional coordination. Partners with product, research, legal, partnerships, sales, and executives to develop customized AI deployments, commercial structures, and competitive strategies. Converts successful pursuits into reusable playbooks and ensures smooth handoff to account teams.

Own the operating P&L and near-term forecast for Anthropic’s datacenter infrastructure partnerships. Lead site-level financial analysis, budget-versus-actual reviews, cost-reduction initiatives, and operating model decisions. Partner with infrastructure teams, datacenter expansion leaders, and third-party operators to manage lease, power, and operational spending, operationalize budgets, and reduce infrastructure risk.

Lead Anthropic’s global research and education enterprise sales business, targeting research institutes, research-intensive universities, and K12 organizations. Personally manage complex institutional deals involving procurement, security review, grants, and multiple stakeholders; coach account executives; develop repeatable adoption and expansion playbooks; own revenue and engagement goals; and represent academic customer needs to product, applied AI, and marketing teams.

Leads Anthropic’s global sanctions compliance program, including strategy, risk assessment, policy, screening controls, regulator filings, remediation, reporting, and risk governance. Advises product, commercial, engineering, and operations teams on sanctions and export-control implications, supports export-controls oversight, manages complex escalations, monitors regulatory developments, and develops compliance staff. The role partners with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, Safeguards, Threat Intelligence, and senior leadership, including the Audit Committee.

Build and evaluate AI models and products, develop demos, prototypes, and technical evaluations, and support model launches.
