The Software Engineer will develop Claude Design's frontend and collaborate with teams to create user-centric design experiences, while also mentoring other engineers and setting technical direction.

Lead and grow the Americas IT support team across NYC, SF, and Seattle. Own queue health, SLAs, on-call staffing, escalations, and partnerships with Engineering, Security, Workplace, and People Ops. Hire, coach, and develop engineers, drive support metrics, protect engineering time for automation, and support office operations and events. Regular travel to San Francisco and occasional travel to Seattle.

Own delivery of GTM systems roadmap for Salesforce-centric sales and partner workflows: prioritize, sequence, manage dependencies, partner with analysts and developers, report risks/progress, and integrate AI (Claude) into GTM tooling.

Lead technical design and delivery of enterprise-facing AI products end-to-end. Partner with product, design, sales, and research to turn enterprise workflows into shipped features, set architecture and standards, mentor engineers, and build extensible integrations, plugins, and multi-step agents for organizational use.

Design and run rigorous research on recruiting funnels, selection and assessment validation, and interviewer calibration. Build metrics frameworks, analytics solutions, dashboards, and presentations to inform recruiting strategy and measure impact while ensuring ethical handling of candidate data.

Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for research-driven AI products. Partner with research and engineering to productize models, identify high-potential use cases, synthesize user insights, and ship model capabilities that solve real-world problems.

Build and scale infrastructure and data pipelines for Safeguards ML research. Own training, evaluation, and scoring workflows, design researcher-facing tooling, ensure correctness and reliability, productionize high-value research workflows, and improve throughput, cost, and reliability of large-scale inference and scoring workloads while partnering with researchers.

Lead revenue accounting, deal desk, and technical accounting: set ASC 606 positions, approve contract accounting, drive revenue systems (Zuora), design controls, prepare disclosures, influence Sales/Legal/Engineering, and grow the team toward public-company readiness.

Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization by building full‑stack growth features, designing and running A/B experiments, analyzing user data, and collaborating with product, marketing, and data teams to scale AI products.

The role involves owning the technical strategy for developer productivity, designing reliable distributed infrastructure, and leading complex developer infrastructure projects.
