Owns Anthropic Labs’ beneficial-deployment initiatives, including 0-to-1 AI product development and programs helping nonprofits, public agencies, and mission-driven organizations access and successfully deploy Claude. Responsibilities include identifying high-impact opportunities, collaborating with researchers, building prototypes, defining strategy and roadmaps, shipping frontier-AI products, and removing barriers to adoption. The role requires technical product leadership, cross-functional execution, and experience working across civic or beneficial organizations and large technology companies.

Build and operate full-stack interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that collect human feedback for reinforcement learning. Partner with researchers to launch data collection campaigns, improve reliability and latency, create monitoring and inspection tools, and move high-quality feedback into training systems. Own projects end to end, make architectural decisions, and improve the usability and throughput of researcher- and annotator-facing tooling.

Lead Anthropic’s global systems integrator partnership motion through AWS. Build co-selling strategies, joint business plans, partner programs, marketplace mechanics, incentives, pipeline forecasting, and revenue operations. Develop executive relationships across AWS and integrators, create industry-specific Claude solutions, enable partner delivery capabilities, and coordinate alliances, sales, marketing, and regional cloud teams. Provide ecosystem intelligence, manage partner investments, and establish scalable partnership processes.

Own day-to-day tax execution for Anthropic’s infrastructure transactions. Responsibilities include deal intake, service-versus-lease and entity-structure analysis, after-tax economics modeling, depreciation and NOL scenarios, technical accounting inputs, cross-border withholding and permanent-establishment analysis, transfer-pricing documentation, tax provision inputs, and maintaining infrastructure tax playbooks. The role coordinates with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and infrastructure teams across multiple jurisdictions.
