Provides consulting services to financial institutions on Fair Lending, CRA, UDAAP, and consumer compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing policies, pricing, marketing, and processes; conducting risk assessments, statistical analysis, testing, monitoring, gap analyses, and data reporting; developing compliance recommendations; and communicating findings to clients. The role is project-based, fully remote, and requires strong regulatory expertise, analytical ability, project management, and client-facing communication skills.

Conduct AML, BSA, OFAC, CDD, EDD, and KYC investigations; review transaction-monitoring and sanctions alerts, assess suspicious activity, determine SAR filing needs, perform negative-news and historical transaction analyses, document case narratives, and escalate findings. Manage assigned caseloads, meet service-level and reporting requirements, and communicate with client compliance and operations teams. The role is fully remote and supports project-based financial-crime compliance engagements.

Performs mortgage complaint and UDAAP testing by reviewing customer service calls and system notes, identifying complaints and potential regulatory concerns, documenting findings, updating testing systems, supporting explanations, and contributing to status reporting. The role requires mortgage customer service and compliance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Black Knight MSP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote consulting environment.
