Design scalable coaching programs, run group sessions and webinars, advise customers on pricing, offers, funnels, email, and retention, identify churn risks through data analysis, and build repeatable playbooks. Feed customer insights back to Product and Success while influencing revenue outcomes in an evolving, first-of-its-kind role.

Own and build the revenue operations function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Lead revenue strategy, GTM systems, lead routing, territory design, forecasting, reporting, deal desk, compensation planning, and cross-functional processes. Manage Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Intercom, warehouse integrations, APIs, Python, and AI tooling to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Partner with Finance, Analytics, and GTM leadership while managing a Revenue Operations Manager and directing GTM engineering resources.
