Coaches audit associates, collaborates with management and executives, recommends process improvements, applies data analytics and automation, and ensures compliance with professional audit standards.

Lead development of ceiling fan controls and systems including AC/DC/BLDC motor controls, RF/Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth smart-home integration, PCB and 3D CAD design, prototyping and testing, supplier coordination, performance optimization (airflow, noise, energy), compliance, and mentoring junior engineers while supporting post-production troubleshooting.

Serve as the Airtable functional expert and administrator: gather requirements, design and build Airtable bases/interfaces/automations, integrate via APIs/middleware, ensure data integrity and reporting, provide user support and training, and support project delivery and UAT.
