Manage full HR lifecycle for assigned station including recruiting, new hire processing, benefits enrollment, records maintenance, compliance, employee relations, badging/airport security coordination, and occasional payroll/administrative support. Serve as primary HR contact and represent the company at job fairs and community recruiting events.

Screen export cargo to ensure compliance with TSA and airline regulations using physical search, ETD and X-ray. Verify paperwork, maintain records, report irregularities, operate screening equipment, collaborate with operations teams, and follow safety and security procedures. Must meet physical demands and pass required background checks and certifications.
