Manage full HR lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration and data integrity, benefits and leave administration, visa support, employee relations and performance processes. Act as first point of contact for employees, partner on performance reviews, open enrollment, engagement surveys, and support ad-hoc HR tasks.

Operate and optimize paid search and emerging bidding platforms (Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads), managing seven-figure budgets across markets. Drive CAC-to-LTV optimization, run continuous experiments and incrementality tests, allocate spend by geo/campaign, and produce clear daily/weekly performance readouts. Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and engineering on tracking, attribution, and landing page conversion.

Manage Runway's paid influencer and affiliate programs: identify and pitch creators (mainly YouTube), negotiate deals, handle contracts and payments, partner with agencies and growth for attribution/reporting, surface creator trends to inform creative strategy. Not a content production role.

Lead company-wide product marketing: define positioning across Creative, Dev, and Robotics; build a fast launch operating system; run competitive intelligence; enable GTM teams; write launch narratives and enablement materials; talk to customers; ship hands-on; and hire and scale a product marketing team.

Manage end-to-end recruiting operations: schedule interviews, handle candidate communications, maintain ATS and documentation, protect candidate experience, improve recruiting processes, and learn sourcing across LinkedIn and job boards.

Work directly with the Co-CEO to translate strategy into execution: create action plans, track top-priority initiatives, surface customer insights, remove operational bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional execution across GTM, Product, Research, Engineering and Finance. Own critical initiatives, maintain executive-level visibility, and develop deep functional and technical understanding of products and roadmap.

Provide high-impact executive support to up to six C-suite leaders: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and VIP events, prepare expense reports, handle special projects (including international expansion), and build strong cross-functional relationships while anticipating needs and operating with discretion.

Lead Runway's self-serve business end-to-end: own ARR and funnel metrics, set strategy and portfolio of bets, run high-velocity experiments, ship hands-on, grow the PM/growth team, and launch new self-serve segments.

Own 3-5 named $10B+ accounts end-to-end, win 1-2 seven-figure platform deals annually, build C-suite relationships, develop multi-year account and commercial strategies, drive expansion into new divisions, tie Runway to production workflows with measurable ROI, and relay market feedback to product and engineering.

Lead Runway's Growth and Emerging Revenue organization, building and scaling 6-8+ revenue pods and BD teams to drive net-new ACV, NRR, expansion, and renewals. Design demand funnels, inbound/outbound plays, and inside-sales lanes; hire and develop managers; instrument conversion and funnel metrics; and use AI-enabled workflows to scale pipeline and talent.
