Design and lead end-to-end UX/UI experiences for a new software platform, including user research, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces. Manages 6–7 direct reports, supports proposals and contracts, guides program managers, ensures project quality and timelines, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires extensive A/E/C experience, a Professional Engineer license, commercial multi-site program expertise, and strong leadership and client-facing skills.
