Own month-end and year-end close activities, reconcile crypto wallets/exchanges and blockchain transactions, support SEC reporting and audits, implement accounting policies and automation, collaborate with FP&A, and drive process improvements for cryptocurrency accounting and financial reporting.

Coordinate and drive cross-functional project delivery for the COO Office at a regulated digital assets exchange. Refine requirements, maintain project artifacts (status, RAID, decisions), facilitate meetings, support business analysis and process mapping, track dependencies and risks, liaise between business and technology, and help develop scalable PM frameworks.

Lead CoinDesk Data sales across the Americas, managing full sales cycle with institutional clients. Drive territory expansion, close complex data and index licensing deals, maintain Salesforce pipeline integrity, collaborate cross-functionally (product, trading, compliance, marketing), and ensure client retention and satisfaction. Represent product at industry events and tailor BMR-compliant benchmarks, custom indices, and real-time/historical APIs to institutional infrastructure needs.
